Notes	The City of Davenport is accepting bids for the Grand Avenue Resurfacing Project - East Locust Street to East 29th Street. The proposed improvements include, but are not limited to, asphalt mill and overlay of existing pavement section, full depth asphalt pavement patching, PCC curb and gutter replacement, sidewalk replacement, ADA curb ramp construction, utility structure adjustments, miscellaneous manhole replacements, and final stabilization. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted.
