Addendum 1: The purpose of this addendum is to extend the solicitation due date to 10/15/25 at 2:00 PM CST.
Responders acknowledge receipt of Addendum 1 by responding to the SWIFT Event Version 2, or the newest Event Version by the solicitation due date and time.
PURPOSE: The Minnesota Department of Administration, on behalf of the Minnesota Department of Employment and
Economic Development (DEED), requests proposals to furnish and install a grain bin air vacuum piping system
and related components per Exhibit C of the Sample Contract. The work is to be performed in Royalton, MN
56373.
MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING: A mandatory pre-bid meeting will take place at the site location which will be
provided upon registration.
REGISTRATION: Responders must register to attend the pre-proposal meeting as soon as possible. Responders must
register by September 29. To register for the pre-proposal meeting, contact John Bredehoft
(john.bredehoft@state.mn.us). Responders that do not register for the pre-proposal meeting will not be
admitted into the facility.
QUESTIONS/CLARIFICATIONS: Any questions and/or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response shall be
made in writing to Kate Linner, via email at kate.linner@state.mn.us no later than October 10. If a Responder
discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the RFP,
they must immediately notify the Buyer in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of
the document. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other
State Agency regarding this solicitation. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the
questions/clarifications due date and time.
