Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a term contract with no more than two (2) contractors to provide biweekly inspections and graffiti abatement services to commercial properties located within the City of Tempe (“City”). Any selection and use of resultant contract will be at the sole discretion of the commercial property owner or local business. The resultant contract will be an initial one-year period with four, one-year renewal periods.
