2026 Graded Aggregate Seal Coat Program

Project Description: This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Parkland County (the “County”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for 2026 Graded Aggregate Seal Coat Program, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).
Parkland County requires Graded Aggregate Seal Coat (“GASC”) and Fog Sealing at the following six locations within Parkland County:
• D1 - Rge.Rd.15, Hwy 16A to Twp. Rd. 524 – Approximately 4.37km
• D2 - Rge.Rd.12, Garden Valley Rd to Twp. Rd. 512 – Approximately 4.84km
• D3 - Parkland Drive, Rge. Rd. 25 to Hwy 16 – Approximately 3.16km
• D4 - Parkland Drive, Hwy 770 to Rge. Rd. 25 – Approximately 3.7km
• D5 - Twp. Rd. 540, Rge. Rd. 280 to Hwy 779 – Approximately 1.17km
• D6 - Rge. Rd. 13, Twp. Rd. 534 to Kathmarcam Estates – Approximately 1.39km
