Project Bid Received By & Opening Information:	The Greater Peoria Sanitary and Sewage Disposal District will receive and accept electronic bids for GPSD Project 2833: Digester Boiler Replacement. Bid submission will be accepted beginning February 3, 2026 through 2:00pm on February 5, 2026, after which time they will be publicly opened. There is a nominal fee to submit a bid. A virtual bid opening will be held on the day and time of the bid opening via live internet stream. Pre-Bid Meeting Info:	There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting held at the GPSD offices, on January 8, 2026 at 10:00 AM CST. Attendees will need to arrive five minutes early to check-in at the district office located at 2322 S. Darst Street, Peoria IL 61607. Attendance to this meeting is a requirement to submit a bid. Any person contemplating a bid may request an interpretation of the Specifications or other Construction Document. Any such request, including requests for substitution of specified item(s), shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer a minimum of five (5) business days prior to the start of the Bid Acceptance Period. Requests submitted within five (5) business days of the Bid Acceptance Period will not be reviewed, nor will a response be issued. Any interpretation of the proposed documents will be made only as an addendum duly issued. Furthermore, Addenda will not be issued after the Bid Acceptance Period has begun. A copy of such addendum will be electronically delivered to all prospective bidders
