GPS Landslide Monitoring System

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of a GPS Landslide Monitoring System from Espion4D LLC as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the services as well as its ability to meet compatibility requirements of an existing line of equipment and based on the supplier being the single provider of the goods and/or services. System must provide telemetry through LTE, data streaming in non-encrypted form, repeater technology, directly programmable with fully integrated base-rover communications, rovers with allowance of separately purchased antennas, and compatible with current systems in use at OSU. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
