The intention of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to seek a labor-hour contract to retain a qualified fire protection firm that can certify the repair work of faulty components as depicted on the Fire Alarm/Fire Suppression Assessment report and for the firm to provide any necessary consultation service on the existing Fire Suppression/Fire Alarm System if and when any repair work deem unfeasible in the four GPO buildings (A, B, C, and D). The firm will provide, post repairs, system testing, and consultation service for the entire system including fire suppression, isolation, alarm, and sensing by a Licensed Fire Protection Engineer that will seek full compliance to the applicable NFPA codes and standards. The Contractor shall be accountable solely and responsible to GPO Facilities Management.
