A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% is required with your bid response. Failure to provide one will deem your bid non-responsive.
A Performance, Payment and 5 yr. Maintenance Bond will be required upon award. A five (5) year warranty can be provided in lieu of a Maintenance Bond.
