23-3839 Gower Park Improvements

The City of Greenville is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the Gower Park Improvements Project. All work shall occur within the boundaries of Gower Park, which is located at 24 Evelyn Avenue, Greenville, SC 29607. Project includes, but not limited to, demolition of existing tennis and basketball courts; construction of pickle ball, tennis, and basketball courts; resurfacing and striping the parking lot; erosion and sediment control; concrete sidewalks; curb and gutter; and landscaping. The scope of services is outlined more clearly in the construction drawings. Court lighting to be protected from demolition activities and renovation and/or replacement of lights will be managed under separate contract.
