GOVERNOR JOHN ADAMS DIX WINDMILL RESTORATION PROJECT – ELECTRICAL WORK
VILLAGE OF WESTHAMPTON BEACH, SUFFOLK COUNTY, NEW YORK
Starting on Thursday March 21, 2024, the plans, and specifications may be examined and
obtained at the Office of the Village Clerk between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
daily except Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
A non-refundable fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) in the form a check payable to the
Village of Westhampton Beach will be required of all bidders for a copy of the Bid
Documents. Additionally, the bid documents may be obtained electronically by calling
the Village Clerk at 631-288-1654 or emailing at clerk@westhamptonbeach.org to
arrange electronic delivery.
Each prospective bidder must supply the Village Clerk with a contact name, mailing
address, phone number and email address to be used in the event any modifications or
addendums are made to the Bid Documents.
Each proposal must be submitted on the Proposal Forms provided and must be
accompanied by a bid surety and a non-collusion clause as required by Section 103(d)
of the General Municipal Law and as stated in the Instructions to Bidders.
Each bid must be submitted in a seal enveloped and marked with the name of the bidder
and the words “Governor John Adams Dix Windmill Restoration Project”.
The Village Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any
informality in the bids and accept the bid, which is deemed most favorable in the interest
of the Village of Westhampton Beach. The Board of Trustees will use its discretion and
judgment in determining the lowest qualified bidder as stated in the Instructions to
Bidders.
