Government Affairs Consulting Services

Frederick Community College (FCC) is seeking a qualified Government Affairs consultant or firm to provide comprehensive government relations and lobbying services. The selected proposer, whether an individual or a firm, will bring a competitive advantage through a proven track record of representing colleges, particularly community colleges, and successfully navigating legislative environments at both the state level. The proposer will collaborate closely with FCC leadership. This role is critical to advancing FCC’s mission by securing resources and promoting initiatives that benefit students, faculty, and the wider community. Special emphasis will be placed on representation before the Maryland General Assembly and active engagement with Maryland state lawmakers.
