The State of Wisconsin (State) as represented by the Department of Administration is seeking proposals for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Tools.
The State of Wisconsin intends to use the results of this solicitation to award a contract for an Enterprise GRC solution. The awarded Proposer is a Contractor. Currently, the State of Wisconsin does not utilize a GRC Platform. Each agency employs multiple tools and manual processes and procedures specifically tailored to address the security requirements of their respective operating model, leading to inefficiencies and difficulties in maintaining a unified risk and compliance posture. However, the State of Wisconsin operates in a highly regulated environment, requiring robust systems for managing compliance, assessing risks, and ensuring governance across various departments. |
