Goulds Pumps Products and Parts

Sarasota County intends to renew a sole source procurement with Tencarva Machinery Company LLC dba Hudson Pump & Equipment for the provision of Goulds Pumps' products and parts.

In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation.

Per correspondence from ITT Goulds Pumps, dated January 1, 2025, Hudson Pump & Equipment, a division of Tencarva Machinery Company, is the exclusive municipal representative for all sales of ITT Industrial Process products in the state of Florida, which exclusivity applies to ITT Gould Pumps pumps and repair parts sold under the brand name of Goulds Pumps.

Any vendor who believes they can provide the goods and/or services described in the attached sole source documentation should respond to this ISS by the date specified.
