Contract Opportunity

The Contractor shall provide non-personal services. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform services as described in the PWS and associated contract documents, except for those items specified in Part 3 Government Property and Services. The Contractor shall be able to perform traditional and contemporary Gospel style music by ear, without having to rely on printed sheet music.

The Contractor shall perform to the standards (STDs) and acceptable quality levels (AQLs) identified in this PWS. This PWS defines the requirements and deliverables of the Contractor that support the individual Free Exercise of Religion for military personnel, Family members, and authorized personnel.

The Contractor shall provide Piano and/or Keyboard Musician Support Services for Sunday Morning Gospel Services, including:

• Preludes


• Postludes


• Offertories


• Accompaniment for the singing of hymns, choruses, and spiritual songs

The Contractor shall provide musical support for the choir, as well as background music for:

• Meditation


• Prayers


• Worship


• Communion

Available between the hours of 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Fridays for Rehearsals, 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Sundays for Preparation for Worship Service, 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Sundays for Worship Service, and during any other Special Services that the Government notifies the Contractor of no less than thirty (30) days prior with Rehearsals not exceeding two (2) hours, Preparation for Worship Service not exceeding thirty minutes prior to Worship Service and Worship Service not exceeding two (2) hours.

Factor 1 - Technical ability of the service to meet the Governments requirement.

i. Quote shall include a resume along with any additional documentation to substantiate personal qualifications and an understanding of gospel music.

ii. Preform an oral presentation in the form of an audition.
