Project Description: The City of Victoria is looking for an experienced contractor to deter visiting Canada Geese from establishing in Beacon Hill Park and other City Park areas. The use of deterrents must be in compliance with the hazing or scaring techniques as prescribed in subsection 24(1) of the Migratory Birds Regulations.
