We are seeking quotations from qualified companies to upgrade this storage equipment to current models with an included three-year warranty.
This requirement is being solicited as brand name (review J&A document) using a total small business set-aside under NAICS 334111.
Please note that performance will take place entirely within a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF), meaning any authorized contractor must possess an active Top Secret Facility Clearance Letter (FCL).
Interested vendors should review the attached documents for more information and submit all questions by 7 July 2026 at 12:00 PM CDT.
Final quotations—which must include a Performance Work Statement (PWS) addressing all tasks in the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO)—must be submitted by 13 July 2026 at 12:00 PM CDT.
