The City of Houston seeks to establish a Good Neighbor Program to provide minor property maintenance and repair services for properties located in District J. The program aims to maintain the aesthetic appeal, safety, and functionality of properties through timely minor repairs and maintenance services. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform the services outlined in this scope of work. There will be a set budget of $2,000 per home for any combination of the following services. Please see Scope of Work for Services Needed.
If awarded, vendor must provide certificate of insurance with City of Houston as additional insured and complete drug policy form. Required for vendors working on City property.
