The City of Urbandale announces the availability of plans and specifications for the following public improvement project:

Project: Bank Stabilization Improvements Golfview Creek

Project No.: 2024-021

Estimate: $585,000

Major Items:

  • Approximately 500 tons Rip Rap
  • Approximately 1600 Cubic Yards Class 10 excavation
  • Approximately 100 Tree removals
  • Related items including removals, restoration, traffic control, erosion control, and survey.

Letting Date: 1:30 PM, August 6, 2025

Completion Date: May 22, 2026
