Golf Supplies for the Mercer County Park Commission

The Department of Purchasing is accepting bids for Golf Supplies for the Mercer County Park Commission for a period of four (4) months with an option to extend one (1) year. Prices must be listed in the catalog or price sheet and prices must be submitted with the solicitation. Bidders must submit with their bid a website link 2025 catalog or price sheets with current pricing. Failure to submit the catalog or price sheets with pricing shall result in rejection of the bid. Vendor price increases, as reflected in the 2025 and 2026 catalog shall be honored; however, the percentage up-charge shall not be subject to increases however may be decreased. The County shall receive a newly published vendor’s catalog/and or website link for price changes at least three (3) working days prior to the increased price(s) becoming effective. Increased pricing is not retroactive. Shipping shall be FOB destination to Park Commission locations. Shipping shall be factored into the bidders pricing.
