at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read. Bid documents and specifications will be available at no charge beginning January 13, 2025 through the City’s website; www.springfieldcityhall.com. The services included in this bid will fall under M.G.L. Ch. 30B and other applicable procurement statutes.

The City of Springfield is soliciting bids for vendors to provide golf shop merchandise for resale. The successful bidder will provide a line of golf shop merchandise. Vendor must submit a percentage of the gross sale that will be paid to the City of Springfield Parks Department as payment to stock the Franconia and Veteran’s Club House with merchandise for sale. Typical inventory shall include golf apparel, hats, t-shirts, polo’s, shorts, pants, jackets, shoes, socks, gloves, golf tees, hand warmers, range finders, golf balls, golf bags, and towels, etc.

All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received in writing by the Office of Procurement by January 21, 2025 (nwalker@springfieldcityhall.com). The City of Springfield goal of twenty (20%) MWBE participation applies. The Office of Procurement reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
