Golf Course 8th Green Reconstruction

The Town of Braintree, pursuant to M.G.L. 30, § 39M, is seeking bids from qualified vendors for Golf Course 8th Green Reconstruction from August 17, 2026 until August 31, 2026 at 11:00 AM. This project is being Electronically Bid (E-Bid). All bids shall be submitted online at https://www.projectdoc.com/Dashboard/ProjectDetail?projectId=261087 . Hard copy bids will not be accepted by the Awarding Authority. Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Laws apply to all services. Bid deposits, and Labor & Materials Payment Bonds are required. The vendor shall include the cost of the bonds and permits in the bid. Bids that are not prepared as required will be considered non-responsive. It is the sole responsibility of a vendor to ensure its bid is received, regardless of the manner of delivery, by the deadline. It is strongly recommended that bids are sent in advance of the due date and time. Late bids will not be accepted.
