Golf Course Parking Lot Paving Project

Wilson Ave., Bartow, FL 33830 prior to 2:00:00 p.m. (EDT) on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, and publicly opened shortly thereafter, at City Hall within a designated Conference Room located at the location stated above.

SCOPE OF WORK: The City of Bartow is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision to pave the City of Bartow’s golf course parking lot located at 190 Herbert Dixon Blvd., Bartow, FL 33830. To obtain a copy of the Project Manual/Technical Specifications, Drawings and the Itemized Bid Sheet, please be sure to download Attachment “A”, “Ai” and Attachment “B”. All information related to this project is further detailed in the pages to follow.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: There will be a MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING at 9:00 a.m. (EDT) on February 6, 2025, located inside Mulligan’s Restaurant, at the Bartow Golf Course, 190 Herbert Dixon Blvd., Bartow, FL 33830. An authorized representative or agent of the Bidder must be present at this meeting, as evidenced by their signature on the meeting’s sign-in sheet, or the Bidder’s Submittal will be considered non-responsive.
