Summary

General work description: The City of Florissant is seeking bids to update the flooring in the club house at the Florissant Golf Club. In the banquet hall (12 x 207) contractor will remove all carpet and install new LVP flooring with 3-5 mil and 20 mil wear layer. In the pro shop remove old carpet and cove base. Install (12 x 75) of new commercial carpet, cove base, and edgings where needed.
