The 7th Contracting Squadron, Dyess AFB is looking to rent 15 golf carts from 25 April 2023-23 May 2023. Interested vendors may submit questions and or a capbilities statement to Lt Brianna Johndrow at brianna.johndrow.2@us.af.mil.
Specifications include:
- Utility Carts with seating for two (2) passenger’s side-by-side and utility bed behind the passenger compartment
- Each utility cart must have operable headlights.
- Each utility cart must have a clearance of 12 -15 feet.
- Utility carts must have overhead covers.
- Utility Carts must have horn capability.
- The Government is responsible for all gasoline during the period of performance of rental. The carts shall be delivered with a full tank of gasoline. The Government will return the carts with a full tank of gasoline.
- In the event a utility cart goes out of service, the contractor shall provide a replacement cart or repair the broken cart to make it operable again. Service should be restore within 48 hours of breakdown.
- In the event of any damages, the contractor will access the damages and report back to the 7 BW Contracting Officer for reimbursement of repairs.
