Golf Cart Invitation to Bid

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

for

(50) TWO- PASSENGER ELECTRIC GOLF CARTS,

(2) TWO-PASSENGER MAINTANENCE GOLF CARTS

AND (1) SIX-PASSENGER ELECTRIC GOLF CART

The City of Safford is issuing this bid to establish a contract for the purchase of (50) two -passenger electric golf carts, (2) two-passenger maintenance golf carts, and (1) six passenger electric golf cart.  The contract shall establish a firm fixed price for “new” 2025 or 2026 Model Year Carts, please specify in bid.

A complete copy of the Invitation for Bid (IFB) is available in digital format on the City's website. This will allow the City to inform you of any changes, addenda, and clarification that may be made.

The lowest total price bid that is compliant with the specifications will be awarded the contract. The firm must supply all information required by the IFB. The City reserves the right to waive any informality and minor irregularities in the submittals.

Interested firms are to deliver or send submittals of their bid by 4:00 PM, local time, Thursday May 21, 2025, to the City Clerk's office at City Hall, 717 W. Main St., Safford, AZ 85546. The submitted bid package will contain the call for bid information to bidders, specifications and scope of work, bid form, check list (If applicable), and certifications of bid.
