The Virginia Higher Education Procurement Consortium (VHEPC), on behalf of participating member institutions, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP), for Biomedical, Clinical & Medical Research Supplies & Services, as part of a coordinated Research & Development (R&D) sourcing initiative designed to modernize and streamline research-related contract coverage.Multiple R&D RFPs are being issued concurrently by designated lead institutions within VHEPC. Each RFP corresponds to a distinct and clearly defined category of goods or services.Each participating institution serves as the issuing authority for its assigned category.
