The City of Georgetown is accepting sealed bids for the construction project:

GMC Covered Parking and Laydown Area

Bid #202647

The project consists of furnishing and installing and providing all labor and materials required to

construct the overhang addition to the existing covered fleet parking and to construct the new

covered laydown space structure as shown in the Construction Documents signed and sealed

1/28/2026 and miscellaneous items, as more fully described in the Drawings.

Bidding Documents are on Posted on the the City Georgetown’s Ebid website and are available for

download by all registered vendors. Bids not accompanied by cashier’s check or bid bond will not

be considered. Bidders should register on the City of Georgetown’s Ebid web site –

https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx. The date, time and place for the pre-bid conference, if to

be held, are specified below and in Section #00100, Instructions to Bidders.

Bids may be electronically submitted throughthe City E-bid system accessible via City’s web site at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx on or before June 9, 2026 at 2:00 PM and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.

Sealed bids may be received by the City of Georgetown in the Georgetown Municipal Court, Purchasing Department, at 510 W. 9th Street, Georgetown, Texas 78626.
