The City of Belleville, St. Clair County, Illinois, will receive sealed bids for the construction of the 2025-2026 MFT OIL-CHIP SEAL PROGRAM until 10:00 a.m. on July 15, 2025, at the office of the City Clerk 101 South Illinois Street, Belleville, Illinois. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 10:00 a.m. on July 15, 2025.The sealed bids must be delivered to the City Clerk, during regular business hours, prior to the stated bid opening time.

Any and all firms and/or persons entering into a contract agreement with the City of Belleville shall be subject to and required to comply with all applicable local, State and Federal requirements.
