RFP No. 2021-0112-GM/APS
ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR MIXED-INCOME
AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AT CAMINO DE JACOBO
ADDENDUM NO. 1
Dear Proponents,
This addendum is issued to reflect the following immediately. It shall be the responsibility of
interested Offerors to adhere to any changes or revisions to the RFP as identified in this Addendum
No. 1. This documentation shall become permanent and made part of the departmental files.
Attachment A: Pre-Proposal Agenda and Sign-In Sheet
Question No. 1:
Can the firm (Autotroph) who put the Pre-Design together also BID
on this RFP job?
Answer No. 1:
Yes, Autotroph is able to submit a proposal for this RFP
Question No. 2:
We are an architectural firm that is licensed to do architecture in New
Mexico, but we do not have a separate in-state resident New Mexico
business license. We are located in Denver, Colorado. Would we
still qualify for the New Mexico business license preference with the
New Mexico architectural license?
Answer No. 2:
The Architectural Firm that is selected, must be licensed to
perform design services in the State of New Mexico; however, a
license to perform design services does not grant the 5% preference
in the RFP. The firm would need to contact State Purchasing
Division and the State Tax and Revenue Department to apply and
obtain the in-state resident business certificate.

Question No. 3:
We are teaming with subconsultants that are located in Albuquerque
and do have licenses in the state-would their license be sufficient to
obtain the license preference for the evaluation scoring?
Answer No. 3:
No see response to question No. 2.
