This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Keyano College (the “College”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding responses for Keyano College Operations Department for supply of Glycol.
The Supplier shall provide a continuous two (2) year supply of approximately 17,000 litres of propylene glycol (per year) and twelve (12) empty 1,000-litre totes.
Product Specifications:
•        Glycol must be the Supplier’s best-quality 100% concentrated propylene glycol formulation, complete with corrosion inhibitors suitable for HVAC and mechanical system applications.
•        Product must comply with applicable safety and quality standards.
•        Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and product brochure (if available) must be included with the quotation submission.
