City of Edmonton
The City of Edmonton (the “City”) invites bidders to submit bids for this Sourcing Event for the supply and delivery of glued-laminated (glulam) straight wood beams of varying depths for exterior applications for the City of Edmonton on an if, as and when required basis. The Work to be performed by the successful bidder is outlined in the Description of Goods document attached to the Form of Agreement Section in the SAP Ariba platform.

Intended term of Contract: one (1) year, commencing November 1, 2025.

In its sole discretion, the City may extend the Term on the same terms and conditions for up to four (4) additional year(s). The length of any extension(s) will be at the City’s sole discretion.

It is the City's intention to enter into the Contract with only one bidder.
