It is the intention of these specifications to provide to prospective proposers the requirements for a Global Positioning System (GPS) Electronic Monitoring, Mentoring & Evening Reporting Program in the areas of Detention/Detention Alternatives and Disposition for qualified court-involved youth residing in Middlesex County in accordance with the New Jersey Juvenile Justice Commission’s (JJC) State/Community Partnership and Family Court Appropriations as required by the Middlesex County Department of Community Services, Office of Human Services.
