Description:

The City of New Rochelle (City) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for professional engineering and landscape architectural services for the Glenwood Lake Dam Improvements project (i.e. the Project). The Project generally entails the design of dam safety improvements for compliance with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) Dam Safety Program, and additional improvements related to water quality, ecology and landscaping around the dam.

A pre-submission conference call is scheduled for Thursday, November 14 th 2024 at 10:00 am. Please use telephone number (929) 242 8427 access code 284 427 724 #. This conference call will be the only opportunity for all prospective Consultants to clarify any questions regarding this RFP.
