The City of Gloucester hereby solicits quotes from responsive and responsible vendors to provide Installation of and supplying of glass replacement as needed to various buildings, estimated list is attached, in accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws, chapter 149. Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City. The City shall not be responsible for bids arriving late for any reason.
