GIS Water Utility Network Data Migration and Implementation

The City of Thousand Oaks is seeking qualified consultants to provide professional Geographic Information System (GIS) services to support the migration and implementation of the City's water Utility Network data within its ArcGIS Enterprise environment. Services include review of the existing GIS environment and Utility Network data, implementation planning, service-based deployment, configuration assistance, testing, training, documentation, and related implementation support.

The City has completed the preparation and alignment of its water Utility Network data in accordance with the Esri Utility Network data model and standards. The City's GIS environment includes ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5, Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server, and an enterprise geodatabase hosted in Microsoft SQL Server 2022. The City is seeking consultant assistance to support migration of its water Utility Network data to a service-based deployment, provide implementation support and recommendations, assist with service publishing and application configuration, and facilitate knowledge transfer to City staff to support long-term administration and operation.
