The Minnesota Department of IT Services, on its own behalf and partnering with other agencies including the Iron Range Resources & Rehabilitation Board, Office of the Legislative Auditor, Metropolitan Council, and Housing Finance (collectively “Agencies”), intend to renew the State’s Enterprise License Agreement (“ELA”) with Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (“Esri”) for up to twenty-one months, through June 30, 2027.

The Agencies require licensing and deployment of a specified quantity of Esri products, service subscriptions, technical support, software maintenance, developer’s toolkit services, and provisioning of Esri International Users Conference and Esri Developer Conference registrations for Minnesota State Agencies under a single State Enterprise License Agreement.

The Agencies have determined that the required licensing and services are available only from Esri and are not available from other third parties.
