1) Is intention of this RFP is to only select the preferred vendor for the GIS Design Tool, and services necessary for implementation would be contracted under the second Phase (under 1.1 in the Scope of Services, section 3) “Utility Network Migration and Design Software Implementation and Integration (PhaseII)”? Thus, implementation pricing and a project SOW is not necessary for this response. Correct?
2) Will the subsequent RFP for the second phase have the same vendor requirements as this RFP? Or will KUA consider bids for the second phase from consulting firms with experience and training in implementations of the Vendors solution? |

We have reviwed the RFP and noticed this statement in the scope.
KUA has identified the following electric distribution design software platforms as approved for this procurement: 1.Autodesk Utility Design (AUD), represented by SBS 2.ArcFM Designer XI, represented by Schneider Electric Our question is; since GeoDigital`s StakeOut is not built on either platform listed above, does this mean GeoDigital is not approved to respond to this RFP? Thanks, Robert |

| The required checklist form states that Exhibit A Pricing Schedule must be uploaded as a separate Excel File. Will this excel file be supplied to us? | 8/13/2025 4:22:08 PM | Revised Required Checklist is posted with an Addendum #2 | 8/18/2025 9:43:43 AM |
| In reference to Section 3, Page 1: Can you provide the number of designers for electric distribution, electric transmission, and fiber? | 8/15/2025 9:03:56 AM | KUA currently maintains 10 concurrent user licenses for ArcFM Designer. These licenses are shared between 10 Engineering staff and 4 GIS staff who are responsible for creating and processing designs prior to posting to default. | 8/18/2025 9:15:12 AM |
| KUA, we kindly request an extension of 7 business days until 9/4/25. Our company is hosting our annual users conference during the deadline (August 25th-28th) and we want to ensure we are providing KUA the best possible proposal response. This extension will allow us to ensure we are responding to everything thoroughly and accurately. Thank you for your consideration. | 8/18/2025 11:56:16 AM |
