A SITE VISIT IS SCHEDULED FOR MONDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 2025, 10:00 A.M. AT THE GILMOUR FARM (formerly known as Holly Ravine), BLOCK 528.01 LOT 32, CHERRY HILL, NJ 08003. ATTENDEES SHOULD MEET AT THE RED BARN. FURTHER LOCATION DETAILS PROVIDED IN THE SPECIFICATIONS. THIS PREBID MEETING IS NOT MANDATORY BUT IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT ANYONE BIDDING ATTEND.

After registering, you may download documents from bottom left side of page. Registered vendors will receive any/all addenda/clarifications, etc. if issued. It is imperative that all registration information be entered correctly to ensure any/all addenda will be received.
SCOPE OF WORK
This bid procurement (“Bid”) is for the demolition and removal of two (2) two-story buildings and their contents including any debris, whether above or below ground, sidewalks, driveways, a swimming pool, a greenhouse, septic tanks, and any other items as shown on the plans and as described.

Every request for such interpretation should be made in writing, addressed to the Purchasing Agent, and to be given consideration, must be received at least fourteen (14) days prior to the final date fixed for receiving bids. Any and all such interpretations and/or supplemental instructions will be in the form of written addenda to the specifications.
THE APPLICANT/PROPOSER SHALL SUBMIT ONE (1) ORIGINAL WITH ORIGINAL
SIGNATURES MARKED “ORIGINAL” AND SHOULD SUBMIT ONE (1) COMPLETE AND EXACT COPY OF THE ORIGINAL MARKED “COPY” OF HIS/HER PROPOSAL AND SHOULD SUBMIT AN ELECTRONIC COPY ON A FLASH DRIVE.
