Scope of Work:

1.        Install a stacked toe wall to stabilize the bank and roadway, approximately 6’ W x 6’ H x 120’ L
2.        Follow all requirements of Stream Alteration Permit on Page 4, specifically Section C.
3.        Use erosion control matting on side slopes of 2:1
4.        Stone fill near the top to protect the roadway and any tree removal necessary.
5.        Secure guardrail sections
