Description

The City of Richmond (the “City”) is proposing to engage a Contractor to provide construction services to construct approximately 750 metres of multi-use path and related drainage and lighting improvements on Gilbert Road between approximately Azure Road South to Elmbridge Way (the “Project”), as described in the Contract Documents.

The project has a base scope from Azure Road South to Westminster Highway (500m), and an optional component from Westminster Highway to Elmbridge Way (250m).

The Contractor shall achieve Total Performance of the Work on or before December 31, 2025.
