Gilbert Avenue Resurfacing Phase 3 Engineering RFQ

The Village of Western Springs, Illinois (“Requestor”) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) from qualified engineering firms to provide Phase III Construction Engineering services related to the Gilbert Avenue  Resurfacing (“Project”). The RFQ will follow a qualifications based selection (QBS) process.

In order to have your firm’s Qualifications considered, they must be submitted in a sealed envelope containing:

• Two original copies of the Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”)
• One electronic PDF file containing the SOQ as a single file

The sealed envelope shall be plainly marked:

Qualifications must be received at the Office of the Village Clerk, Village of Western Springs, 740 Hillgrove Avenue, Western Springs, Illinois 60558, no later than 3:00 P.M., April 24, 2026. Qualifications may be submitted by mail, delivery service, or in person. Faxed or emailed Qualifications will not be accepted. In-person deliveries will only be accepted at Village Hall during the Village’s current hours of operation.  Qualifications received after the closing time and date will not be considered.
