Description

The Houston Health Department Nurse Family Partnership program is requesting to purchase gift cards for client incentives. These gift cards are given by our nurse home visitors as clients achieve milestones in the program or for emergency situations that may arise. The Office of Program Support will coordinate procurement, receipt, and tracking of Walmart gift cards on behalf of the Nurse-Family Partnership program.
