Project Description: The City of Albuquerque is requesting bids for boiler operations and maintenance at the Gateway Center in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications set forth herein. The City intends to establish a Service Agreement (“Contract”) for the Health, Housing, and Homelessness (HHH) Department. The City reserves the right to award multiple agreements under this procurement if it is deemed in the best interest of the City.
