Description
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (¿eRFQ¿) is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide a Pillowcase Machine for GIB to the Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency (hereinafter, ¿the State Entity¿) as further described in this eRFQ.
The Georgia Industries for the Blind (GIB) division of the Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency (GVRA) is looking to purchase one (1) Pillowcase Machine with the following specifications included:
¿ Fully automatic
¿ PLC controls
¿ Variable speed drives on motors
¿ Blowhole sewing option on narrow side.
¿ Automatic labeler to supply labels (pre-printed or rolls) to be sewn in on the long side.
¿ Right hand sewing heads
¿ Left hand overlock heads
¿ Single needle
¿ Surger
¿ Double roll infeed with folder
The machine must be shipped to 700 Faceville Highway, Bainbridge, GA 39819
