GHID Insurance Brokerage Services RFP

Project Description: Granger-Hunter Improvement District (District) is soliciting proposals from qualified insurance brokers to provide comprehensive insurance brokerage and risk management services. The selected broker will assist in securing and managing various insurance policies for the District.This invitation is extended to all firms and organizations with proven experience in providing the services specified herein and with an interest in offering their services to the District. For the purpose of this RFP, “Respondents” means the organizations or individuals that submit proposals in response to this RFP. The documents submitted will be referred to as “Proposals” and “Cost Proposals”. The District’s goal is to obtain insurance brokerage services. The broker/consultant contract may be for a period of up to five years. The current policies expire on June 30th. The contract may be cancelled at any time without cause with 90 days written notice from either the District or the brokerage firm.

Public Officials & Employees Liability
Business Auto Liability
Property Coverage
Earthquake & Flood
Fiduciary Insurance
Crime and Director’s & Officer’s Liability
Cyber
Other coverages as requested
This RFP is designed to provide basic information sufficient to solicit proposals from qualified companies but is not intended to limit a proposal’s content or exclude any relevant, important, or essential information.
