NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE – IDCAS (P/N 96025-209) FOR USE IN THE CLEAR ALIGN Z-500 AND Z-750 IR ASSEMBLIES OF BORDER SUPPORT EQUIPMENT PROCUREMENT IN SUPPORT OF CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION

In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System paragraph 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source using single source procedures.

Clear Align, LLC is the only responsible source for procurement of parts and end items being requested by the Federal Aviation Administration Logistics Center in support of Customs and Border Protection.
