Gerety Education

The Pyramid Model Project implementation process requires the used of trained coaches in Practice-Based Coaching. The Gerety Education Team is the only available provider of Practice-Based Coaching (PBC) specific to the Pyramid Model. Other PBC training does not align with the Pyramid Model of implementation. Additionally, Gerety's PBC includes live webinars, facilitated group communities-of-practice and individual coaching mentors for each participant.
