Geothermal Mechanical Contractors Continuing Services Contracts

Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) currently operates over 340 residential units at 4 properties and that have geothermal mechanical systems. There is a current development which will bring 400 more units with geothermal mechanical systems over the next few years. BCHA is seeking contractors to perform geothermal mechanical contracting work in assisting BCHA’s HVAC team in maintaining these systems. Residential building locations are in Lafayette and Louisville. Awarded vendors will be expected to enter into a continuing services contract with the county with the option to renew for four more one year terms at a value not to exceed $250,000 per year. No work is guaranteed by an award of a contract.
