Geotechnical Investigations on multiple locations to support surfacing designs and to determine existing subgrade conditions; over a period of three years.

If the Consultant is pre-qualified in multiple of these categories, the consultant may indicate in Appendix B which one category they will be applying under. The performance evaluation score used in D.3 will be based on the chosen category. The performance evaluation scores received for this commission will also be issued under the chosen category.
