The deadline for written questions is extended to March 13, 2026 the responses to written questions is extended to March 19, 2026 and the proposals due/close date and time is as posted to the Georgia Procurement Registry (GPR). The corresponding Addendum No.2 is attached (03/06/2026).

Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated ยงยง50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals ("eRFP") is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified Supplier who will provide the production of the Georgia Grown Magazine to the Georgia Department of Agriculture, in partnership with The Georgia Grown Commodity Commission (The Commission), (hereinafter, "the State Entity") as further described in this eRFP.
